• Began my career at Apple retail as a part-time specialist and was promoted to Family Room Specialist in November 2009 after demonstrating my passion for customer focus and technical learning.

• Designed and led mobile-device training for team members in Spring 2011. Attendees of that training then had opportunities to shadow and be shadowed at the Genius Bar before eventually becoming Family Room Specialists, Creatives and Geniuses.

• Setup and maintained in-store Open Directory server, custom DYMO labeling system, and automated the imaging process for triage hard drives.

• Escorted a group of 12 American teenagers to a rural island off the coast of Panama, where I served as a trip photographer and one of the guides.

• Our self-run local and internet advertising campaign led to over 14,000 pageviews in the first nine weeks of publication from 75 countries and all 50 states. The site still averages over 2,000 pageviews a month.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X environments, with skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in Aperture, Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledgeable in After Effects, Sound-booth, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, and Logic Pro.

Experience setting up the Wordpress content management system, Google Apps, and HTML + CSS.

Photography Skills

Proficient in Nikon and Canon Digital SLR systems, strobes (both studio and portable), as well as the RAW conversion, toning and editing of a high volume of digital images on deadline. Well versed in retouching. Experience in HD video capture and editing, and field audio capture and editing. Skilled in creating motion graphics and digital video effects as well.
Personally own a Canon 7D and 20D, a 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, 580EX flash, portable studio strobe, light stand, umbrella and power pack. I also have access to a studio with white and black backgrounds if needed.
